Conan Harris & Associates worked closely with CEO and the leadership team of College Bound Dorchester and enhanced their brand, and capacity to increase funding for programming. CHA participated in media engagement through print and television, cultivated key relationships, and secured a 1.2 million dollar collaboration grant.
